Authority Returns to RAW
The TV Guide listing for tomorrow’s episode of Monday Night Raw is advertising the return of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, who have been off television in recent weeks.
“With WWE Payback looming, The Authority (Triple H and Stephanie McMahon) returns in an attempt to stabilize Raw.”
Finn Balor Interview
A new interview with NXT stand-out Finn Balor was recently released from WrestleMania 31 weekend in Santa Clara. He talks about NXT going on the road and his dream opponent and venue – Shawn Michaels in Dublin, Ireland.
Balor also notes that he’s never competed in a cage match before, and is very interested in making that happen at some point. That’s not altogether that unbelievable. Cage matches are traditionally an American thing, and have become more prevalent in WWE – and to a lesser extent TNA – than they are most other major promotions around the world. Most indie shows don’t run them because they’re expensive (and I would imagine hard to find/construct/store), and I don’t even recall the last time New Japan had one.
